Privacy Policy

Introduction and scope

Trouvi is operated by Cissora Tech LLC (“Trouvi”, “we”, “us”), based in Utah, USA. This policy covers the trouvi.app website and the Founding Truck sign-up form linked from it. It explains what information we collect through the site and the form, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It does not cover the Trouvi mobile app, which will have its own privacy policy.

Information we collect

Information you give us

The only place the website collects information from you is the Founding Truck sign-up form. If you fill it out, we collect what you enter:

Your food truck or business name
Your name
Your phone number
Your email address
Your Instagram handle
Whether you give us permission to build a draft Trouvi profile from your public Instagram content
Optional free-text feedback about features you'd like

Information collected automatically

The trouvi.app website is a simple static page. It does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our website host keeps standard server and security logs (things like IP address, browser type, and pages requested) to run and protect the site. If we use analytics, it is privacy-friendly, aggregate-only measurement — no cookies, no cross-site tracking, and no individual profiles.

How we use your information

We use the information from the sign-up form to:

Review Founding Truck applications
Select and onboard founding trucks in Utah County
Contact you about your application and about Trouvi
Build a draft Trouvi profile from your public Instagram content — only if you gave us permission on the form
Understand what features food-truck owners want, using the optional feedback you share

Onboarding is manual: a person reviews applications and works with you directly. We don't sell your personal information and we don't use it for advertising.

The Instagram profile permission

The sign-up form asks whether we may build a draft Trouvi profile for your truck from your public Instagram content (for example, your photos, menu posts, and business details). We only do this if you say yes on the form. Saying no doesn't affect your application. You can withdraw this permission at any time by emailing hello@cissora.com, and we'll stop and delete any draft profile on request. Trouvi is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, Instagram or Meta.

How your information is collected (Google Forms)

The Founding Truck sign-up form is hosted by Google (Google Forms). Google processes your submission on our behalf, and Google's own privacy policy also governs how Google handles the data: policies.google.com/privacy. We process what you submit on the basis of your submission itself and the permissions you grant on the form.

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we don't share it with advertisers. We share it only with the service providers who help us run the website and the sign-up — our website host and Google — or where the law requires us to.

How long we keep it

We keep sign-up information only as long as we need it to evaluate applications and onboard founding trucks. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing hello@cissora.com.

Your choices and rights

Email hello@cissora.com to ask what information we hold about you, or to access, correct, or delete it. You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information you send us. That said, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

Children's privacy

The website and sign-up form are for food-truck business owners and are not directed to children. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, email hello@cissora.com and we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Trouvi grows. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the current version, and the latest version will always be posted at trouvi.app/privacy.
